Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the rules for using Sparkle Intelligence’s websites, apps, and services (“Services”).

1. Purpose

The goal of this Policy is to ensure the Services are used safely, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws. By using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy and our Terms of Use.

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity

  • Violating any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
  • Fraud, deception, scams, or other misleading practices.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Promotion of violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate against protected classes.

2.2 Security Violations

  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Testing, scanning, or probing system vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Circumventing security or authentication measures.
  • Introducing malware, spyware, or other harmful code.

2.3 Network & System Abuse

  • Activities that degrade or disrupt the stability or performance of the Services.
  • Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS), flooding, mail-bombing, or resource exhaustion.
  • Sending unsolicited or bulk messages (spam) or unsolicited promotions.
  • Scraping or harvesting personal data without lawful basis or consent.

2.4 Misrepresentation & Impersonation

  • Falsely claiming an identity, affiliation, or endorsement.
  • Impersonating Sparkle Intelligence personnel or other users.

2.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Uploading, using, or distributing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices or proprietary rights legends.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Use the Services in compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and implement reasonable security controls.
  • Promptly notify us of suspected violations, compromised credentials, or security incidents.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action at our discretion, including:

  • Content removal, rate-limiting, feature restrictions, or account suspension/termination.
  • Preservation and disclosure of information to authorities where required by law.
  • Refusal of service to repeat or severe offenders.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe this Policy is being violated, report it to abuse@sparkleintelligence.com. For security vulnerabilities, please use our responsible disclosure channel (or contact security@sparkleintelligence.com).

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
